Privacy Policy

1. What we process when you run a check

When you enter a name, company, or email address, that input is processed only for the duration of the request to run the check. We do not store your input or the result — both are discarded once the request completes.

2. IP addresses

To protect against abuse (rate limiting), your IP address is briefly processed technically and is not currently stored long-term. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functional, abuse-protected service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Third-party services we use

To run the checks, your input is sent to:

• Brave Search API — for the AI chat share-link check
• XposedOrNot — for the email breach check

The site is hosted by:

• Vercel Inc. (USA)

Using US-based providers involves a data transfer outside the EU.

4. Cookies and tracking

We currently do not use cookies or any analytics/tracking tool.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object, under Art. 15–21 GDPR. Contact hello@leaax.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
