1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Leaax (leaax.com), a free online tool that checks whether publicly available information (AI chat share links, known data breaches) is linked to your input.

2. Description of service

Leaax currently offers a free, single-use check. A paid ongoing monitoring subscription is planned but not yet available — once introduced, separate, expanded terms will apply (including pricing, cancellation, and withdrawal rights).

3. No guarantee of completeness

Results are based on publicly available third-party data available at the time of the check. We cannot guarantee that every actual data breach or share link will be found, or that displayed matches are error-free. Leaax does not replace professional security advice.

4. Acceptable use

Automated bulk queries or attempts to bypass rate limiting are not permitted.

5. Liability

Use is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from use or non-use of the information provided, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Changes

These terms may change, in particular once the subscription model is introduced. The version in effect at the time applies.
